Job responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the development, maintenance, and in-depth cooperation of the company's major clients, ensuring long-term stable relationships with them;
2.Develop personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty;
3.Coordinate internal resources, drive project implementation, and ensure the achievement of customer goals;
4.Analyze customer data, develop growth strategies, and achieve sales targets;

Job requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Mechanical Engineering, Russian, English, or related fields;
2.More than 3 years of experience in managing or selling major clients, with priority given to the logistics vehicle industry;
3.Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management abilities;
4.Having market insight and the ability to independently explore the market;
5.Proficient in using office software and CRM systems.
